25-y-o Junior Williams of Charity Back Street, Essequibo Coast, was sentenced to four months in prison for robbing 18-y-o Aquinnah Hector of Charity Housing Scheme, E/bo Coast.

Williams was arrested back in December at Charity Back Street for the crime and appeared at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court and pleaded not guilty. Bail was set at $100,000. However, the man could not post bail and was taken into custody.
The matter was called up on Monday at the Charity Magistrate’s Court where Magistrate Esther Sam found him guilty of the crime. As such, he was given four months in prison.
